I read this today in Latina magazine (hey, don't sleep on it).
Boil one cup of chamomile tea. Allow to cool. Pour into spritzer bottle and spray liberally onto hair. Sit in sun for one hour. Hair should be 1-2 shades lighter.
I plan to try this next weekend when I'll be out in the sun.

So I guess that the chamomile teabags did the trick. Avalon Organics also has a shampoo and conditioner that has chamomile in it that can create golden highlights as well. I also hear that lemon juice is also great for giving your hair natural highlights.
