Just wanted to share something cool that I discovered over the weekend.
I was experimenting with flat iron settings this weekend because it seemed like no matter what setting I used, my hair would not come out silky and straight like I thought it would with a higher end ceramic iron. It would be straight, but very dry and parched. I had once used Hollywood Olive Oil, but it not only made my hair dry, it also made it oily. ICK!!!
So, for whatever reason, after I spritzed all over using Nexxus Heat Protexx, I decided to rub a few drops of jojoba oil into my hair.
Um...WOW!!!!:wow:
My hair was shiny, silky, and girls, it had that SWAAAANNNGGGG! Yes it did! Just like I had come from the salon!!!
So now, I know exactly what to do to get sikly, shiny, smooth results. AND now that I know that it was NOT the heat setting, I think I can get away with using less heat when I do decide to flat iron. YAY!!!!
