This is right. I have a lot of gray in the front. I henna and then Indigo every time (in that order). When the gray starts showing again I henna and indigo again. My gray seems to come back fast. I can't figure out if my hair is just growing faster or does the henna & Indigo fade like a rinse ??? Anyone know that answer?

Thanks!

My opinion is that your hair is growing fast!
My gray strands are concentrated where I like to part my hair :wallbash: , so, it's more noticeable, but the length is still red-ish.

I did a "spot treatment" with henna on the gray strands and conditioner on the rest of my hair, it worked pretty well. I didn't want to put the time into a full-head application, and I also want to wait until after I relax again. So my henna is in the freezer, waiting for me. I've done (I think) 2 hendigo treatments, to darken my hair some. But after I relax, I'm gonna do the full head henna, then a week or so later, the full head indigo.

OP--YOUR HAIR LOOKS MARVELOUS :yep:

Your hair looks fantastic, OP. My henna treatments are great, but I'd love to try indigo. I guess I'll have to bite the bullet and order it online.

Your hair is beautiful. Kind of reminds me when I had my hair like that...

I really like the indigo but...I really like the first pic with the henna...how did you get it to be that color? That's very pretty.

Thankyou guys so much!!!! :D Your comments mean so much to me!!

ShiShiPoo - I liked the red color too! :yep: I used henna, water, a bit of coffee (which I dont recommend), conditioner, 2 different types of oil and honey. I let the henna stay on under a baggie for maybe close to 2 hrs. The first hour I tied my hair scarf around it to add some heat. The 2nd hour I went sans scarf and just let it do its thing. I also wouldnt advise letting it sit that long on the hair. I think thats why I experienced so much dryness afterwards....

I so want to indigo. I went to the the dominicans last week for the 1st time (i was hesitant cuz my hair was sooooo short) but was pleasantly surprised with the results anywho i asked for a black rinse and they did it but the part that pissed me off was every time i put my hands in my hair my nails were blue. Please tell me the indigo does not turn ur fingers blue and im all over it !!!:yep:
