My hair,Whats reasonable

To see my hair,Go to public.fotki.com/Blackbarbie22/me/amaniandiesha047.html.....I wanted to know what would be a reasonable 3 mth goal and a reasonable 9 mth goal,I am weaving it up!I was thinking a reasonable 3 mth goal would be collarbone/absolute end of neck,Then shoulder length in 9mths....Is that too much?

I think its very realistic and as long as you looks after your hair (keep moisturised) in the weave your hair should be good...

THANK YOU ALL! My hair grows really fast,I just need to learn to put down the scissors.....I will try to only cut it even when I meet my goal exceeded a bit....I want a texlaxer instead of relaxer,So everytime my hair gets past my armpit,I will cut it back up to my armpit...I am just hoping for armpit in 1 and a half years

I texlaxed my newgrowth without straightening....And I am at the end of my neck....I am hoping for enough hair to be able to trim to shoulder length layers in august.
