is my hair apl by lhcf standards?

hi. i think it is but i'm not sure. i do have some layers that i am growing out that are shoulder length in the front. so, whatdayathink? and, is bsl a reasonable goal in a year?

my hair growth is pretty average i think. i just haven't always taken care of my ends and didn't retain because i'd cut it. i can't deal with raggedy ends!

I would say you need one more inch or you are just barely apl. I copied the pic put it in paint shop pro and drew a straight line across so it looks like you need about an inch to be apl but you're reaaaally close!
