Wow thats really bad....it wouldn't be a good foundation for crochet braids at all. Just practice braiding by watching alot of youtube vids on cornrowing and before you know it you'll have great cornrows to do any style withBlkOnyx488 or anyone who knows, do you think it's possible to do crochet braids without really knowing how to braid? As long as the parts are neat and you can sort of braid down the hair could it it work?

You did a great job!!
I tried this the other day with the deep twist and couldn't stop the hair from unraveling. What was your technique to keep the hair from unraveling? Did you you use a special knot?
Ok I have to say I am really scared theses things are not going to stay knotted. Anyway here goes
