Msm - Hair - Boobs

The brand of MSM that I tried was increasing/stimulating my boobs. I stopped taking it because I was unsure if that meant it has estrogenic properties.

Has anyone tried a brand that does NOT stimulate your boobs?

First, what brand were you taking (believe me you're going to be asked by those who want some oomph for the girls XD)? But also you may end up getting recommended the brand you already have. I haven't noticed any boob growth from the brand I was taking (Kala's Health OptiMSM) or the one I previously took (Doctor's Best)

BUT from what I've seen some people are prone to breast enlargement regardless of msm brand and some never get it (generally those who want it ironically). HTH

I also took/take OptiMSM but I haven't had an increase in the boob area

MSM made my boob fuller for sure, didn't increase size but definitely more fullness.

Initially my breasts were fuller, then they began to grow and I went up almost a full cup size and I have large breasts normally.
They did not make my hair grow nor did it change the texture. It did make a huge difference with my joints and recovery time when working out.
