So I'm on the internet looking to buy sulphur to make my own sort of growth aid and I got to thinking that I already have a lot of MSM (which I was taking internally) which IS also a sulfide.
Do any of you use MSM as a topical growth aid?
I found this article: http://www.nutritional-supplements-health-guide.com/msm-for-hair-growth.html and I'm thinking of using MSM, instead of sulphur in my mix, but I don't know a lot about using it on the scalp as opposed to as an internal supplement.
Any thoughts, anyone!?
