MSM and Surge

Hi. I'm new to the board, but have been reading and taking advice given. Thanks! I have a few questions. What is the connection between hair growth and MSM? I have been searching for info on the web and have been unable to find anything. Can someone share their experience with this supplement. I bought some and have only taken it once. It kinda made my stomach feel funny. Any suggestions? Also what is Surge? How does it work and is it effective? I am wearing my hair in its natural state, and have been that way for over a year now. thanks again!
