More Info About/On Avocado Butter

Hello! This is my first posting in this forum. Everyone has been SO helpful!

I just wanted to let everyone know that you should NOT order anything from thechemistrystore.com

I used the recommendation to get Avocado Butter, which IS amazing, but this company ships the butter in a giant ziploc baggie. SO GROSS. I had to put 3lbs of Avocado Butter into this giant tupperware thing.

I DO have a question about how to use it, as I cannot find the thread. How often/where do you use it? Should I put it on my scalp? On my ends? While its wet/dry? Thanks so much!

I love avocado butter (okay, I love all natural butters ) I use it to seal in my leave in conditioner after I wash my hair. I just take a small amount , rub it between my hands and smooth it over my hair, concentrating on the ends. I don't put avocado butter, or anything for that matter, on my scalp.

I LOVE avacado butter too. I use it on wet hair to seal moisture. I also baby my ends with it at night.

Regarding the BAB (big ass baggie) YEAH - I got some shea butter like that a while back and I was like It was an unsanitary, nasty mess and I refused to use it.

I ordered my Avocado Butter from OrganicCreations.com for about $9.50/lb. It came in a sealed plastic baggie, but I didn't have a problem with it. The Avocado Butter was very fresh and my hair loves it!

Not avocado butter but I've ordered quite a few other things from them in the past. The quality is always good and everything comes packed very well. Their shipping is high - that's my only critique.

where'd you order from?

i havent used avocado butter in a while...although i loved it.

i used to get it from thechemistrystore.com. always came in white plastic canister type deals.
