Hi Ladies,
My mom has expressed to me that she is ready to take her hair into her own hands so I made up a regimen for her. She already has most of these items because I have sent them to her. Please Tell Me what you think
A Simple Regimen
To start you off this is what you need:
Seamless Large Tooth Comb (for detangling and regular combing)
Seamless Small Tooth Comb (for parting DO NOT USE THIS FOR REGULAR COMBING)
Rollers (mesh, satin, magnetic AKA hard roller)
Pre-Shampoo Treatment (apply at least 1hr before shampooing you can use heat too)
Color Applicator Bottle (to dilute the shampoo before use)
Shampoo (only use this diluted) if you run out of the Elucence Moisture Benefits let me know ASAP
Or
Shampoo (only use this diluted) if you run out of Kenra Clarifying Shampoo let me know ASAP
Deep Conditioner (apply this like a relaxer)
Hair Moisturizer (You don’t need much because your hair is fine)
Leave In (You don’t need much because your hair is fine)
Megatek (for hair growth and thickness)
Satin/Silk Scarf or Bonnet(for sleeping at night)
Satin/Silk Pillowcase (for sleeping at night)
Measurement 1 tablespoon= 0.5 ounces
Every Other Day or 3 Times a Week (to thicken and grow hair)
LIGHLTY Apply Megatek to scalp 3 times a week (you will notice that you hair will starting growing in faster and thicker with regular use)
**Massage scalp for at least 5mins concentrating on different areas as you go**
**Applying to heavily will cause your scalp to feel coated**
On Wash Day
1. Apply Pre Shampoo Treatment for at least 1 hr prior to shampooing
2. Mix 1tablespoon (1/2 ounce) Shampoo and 5 ounces of water (I like to use bottled but it really doesn’t matter)
3. Wash hair with diluted shampoo and warm water
4. Rinse with warm water
5. Apply your conditioner of choice
6. Apply heat for 1hr (use the microwavable heat cap that I gave you or go and exercise for 1hr)
7. Rinse with cool water
8. Apply leave in (you don’t need much because your hair is fine but make sure all your strands are coated)
9. Style however you wish (for rollersets use the Kercare Foam lotion that I gave you to freshen the curls use Caruso rollers(these take only about 15min for installation and 15min to set the curl or Satin sponge rollers overnight)
