Okay, sooo i've been contemplating  for quite sometime now whether or not I should use the MN growth aid that was positively testified by many of the LHCF ladies, Well, I finally decided to give it a try after extensive research online and review boards. Although there are mixed reviews, More so favorable... I went to RiteAid today and purchased the RiteAid brand Miconazole Nitrate Vaginal Cream 2% for $11.99. The application dispenser is larger than the others so i decided to purchase this one to get the most for my buck, BUT before I purchased I just haaad to confirm with the pharmacist lady who confirmed and insisted that the coochie cream is okay for the scalp to combat fungal, ringworms, itching etc. I told her that i wanted to use it to aid in my hair growth and she said she didn't know about that, however it is okay to apply to my scalp for the above treatment. I was more so concerned of it doing more harm than good... I know she's not a Dr. but close enough when it come to being knowledgable about medicine.

Sooo if any of you girlies out there were indecisive like myself I hope this helps abit....

I will definately be posting my progress 1 month from today

Currently, I try to keep my regimen very simple and most importantly stay consistent.

First and foremost I practice a healthy and active lifestyle consisting of eating plenty of fruits, veggies and drinking alot of water. I workout atleast 3x wk. I take supplements consisting of hair, skin and nail vits, flax and fish oil, b-complex, zinc, L-cysteine, and wheat germ.

Hair Maintenence:
I wear protective styles consisting of wigs, braids and weaves to acheive and retain maximum growth.
I wear either cornrows or twists underneath the extensions. "twists being the most preferable."

Hair Routine:
I wash my hair and retwist every other week.
>prepoo by saturating hair with heated raw shea butter; a overnight treatment
>wash hair with cream of nature moisturizing and conditioning, detangling shampoo
>deep condition with castor oil mixed with organic root stimulator olive oil conditioner for 15-30 min under dryer.
>Condition with Aubrey's HRS extra concentrated conditioner for atleast 1hr. My Ultimate fav!!!
>Apply amla and olive oil leave in cream by Qhemet Biologics
>Twist hair with a concoction of protein gel, indian hemp hair food and a honey and olive oil agent.
>massage scalp daily with boundless tresses and mn.

Happy Hair Growing Ladies!!!

Thanks for the information and keep us posted. I know when I did use MN (family dollar brand), I got good growth. I havent used in a while, but think I am going to hop back on it.

Thats cool. I don't think I would try that anytime some but thats good to know. I would also like to add that Pharmacist are doctors, Doctors of Pharmacy. I could just hear my boss saying that lol

Back in the summer I started MN (it was my first growth aid challenge) and got great results! I'm going back to it to help control all the itching and flaking I've been experiencing since winter has rolled around and using Mega Tek isn't helping much in that area either.

I think pharmacists know more about medicine and chemicals than doctors.

MN was my first growth aid and I got some good growth. Not sure why I stopped using it. I may pick some up today and try to make another mix.

Same here, I'm going to try it again, I had mixed it before with too much oil, and the mixture didn't come out so great, but I'm going to try it again, probably over the spring when I finish OCT/BeeMine Mixed......Thanks for the info.....

Actually - they are MORE knowledgable about medications than Physicians. I would trust them first....

Thanks for the info....

SamJones will never put coochie cream on her head:look:

Pharmacists are MORE knowlegable than doctors when it comes to drugs, how they work, dosages, when they should be used, what you can and can't use them with, medicine combinations, etc.

ETA: someone already said all this :look:
