Do you have to use the whole line of products? For example, if you use the shampoo; do you use the conditioner too..? Me I have only 3 shampoos that I use, and about 7 condtioners.. only 2 of them go them go togther.:drunk:

I do not use the same conditioner with the same shampoo. Mostly I use a clarifying shampoo and which every conditioner I want to use at the time. I don't know if it makes any difference.:perplexed

I never stick with one lines product. Either the shampoo with be great and the conditioner will suck or vice versa. I pick the products that work for me out of the line and match with other products that work for me. I often will even add ingredients to products, like extra oil to conditioners or honey to help them condition even better.

I used to purchase matching shampoo and conditioners, but I would never use them together. I use my shampoo, conditioner, and stylers all from different lines. And now since I am addicted to co-washing I don't use a lot of shampoo anyway.

I have gotten the best consistent results from using products from multiple lines. At the most I will use kenra poo and dc.
