*chanting* Health before length, health before length....
Lately I had noticed that my ends had been looking hella thin. I think the thinning was caused by two factors: (1) a dumb decision to run the relaxer through my ends again because I decided my hair wasn't straight enough (2) an affinity I had developed for heat appliances.

So my bff was doing my touchup yesterday (she's a licensed cosmetologist) and I asked her go ahead and cut the thin ends off. I know you should focus on health first, but mayne, I got a good 3-4 inches cut off of my hair. My hair does look infinitely better since the cut though, so I guess I should focus on the positive.

I'm back to neck length, working my way to shoulder again. It just sucks because it feels like it's gonna take forever for me to get to APL. And BEFORE THE CUT bff was like, dang, your hair has gotten so long!
