I think we should have a hair pageant.
I know we have the feature of the month and that's super cool.
But, what if we could like make up our own categories like:
Most Improved
Most Admired
Funniest Posts
Best Fotki
Best Blog
Best Overall
Longest
Best Before & After
blah blah blah stuff like that
Wouldn't that be so cool?
The award could be like the olympics...
like Gold, Silver, Bronze... maybe we can add Platinum ;oP

I agree and the reason is somewhere, over the rainbow, someone is going to get a little hurt by no one picking them.

Perhaps there could be some thing like a pageant committee of a few people that would be willing to get private PM's (votes) and would be willing to meet some how and compile the votes to post or however the pageant would work. Just thinking out loud....

My Hair Trinity: Macherieamour, Sylver2, and KiniKakes

because everything good I do for my hair I got from these women.
They are ABFAB!!!! I don't "PM" them or anything because their FOTKIs
are so complete and clear... they should write books, be professional
hair consultants and make billions. Macherieamour
is ridiculous (like in a jaw-dropping good way)
... she should be on Oprah or something I loves her blog
its like my favorite website right now. Well, besides LHCF.
I just joined in April so I don't really know many others...
these 3 are the names I heard the most and who actually
post things. Maybe there are more... I'd love to meet them
that's why I thought to do this Pagent post.

Anyway... maybe we could just discuss our nominees/ possible categories...
blah blah blah and they consolidate it onto a blog or something after it
reaches a certain number of replies or at the end of 2007.

One thing - I fear that some people might get their feelings hurt. Certainly, it could lead to feelings of exclusion and might devolve into a popularity contest. If people want to do it, maybe they can put their hats into the ring by a certain day and say "yes, I want to be considered for nominations?" I dunno . . . just a thought . . . .
