Hey everyone!
I just got in from Denver yesterday, but while I was there, I was shooting the breeze taking pictures of my hair...and guess what? I finally saw some progress!! So I thought I'd share.
My HAIRstory is that, around a little over a year ago, I winded up getting a real bad color job that broke my hair off something terrible, only because I didn't know how to take care of it (wasn't aware of LHCF back then) I stared lurking back in late December of 2003 and decided to join sometime in the first quarter of 2004. At that point, I decided to cut it to about ear length and start all over again. I didn't have a digital camera back then but as soon as I got my hands on a digital disposable last summer, I started to take pics. At that point, my hair had grown out just a little bit from the cut.
After a lot of trial and error, I finally figured that what is best for my hair is that I wash it every week using Elucence MB Shampoo, follow with Generic Joico k-pack, Condition with NTM conditioner and use Elucence MB Conditioner as a leave in, occasionally alternating with Salerm 21. I've also been taking Twinlab's B5 for the last 2 months and i think that that has helped too. And i relax every 12 weeks using Elucence Super. So far so good!
I'm getting a little long winded but if you click on the link to my album, it's the last album on the bottom. Thanks for lookin!!!!
