mild or regular relaxer

Hello. I am new to the board. Well.....actually I have been lurking for about 2 to 3 months. Anyway, I went natural for about a year (I cut away all the relaxer) but then I relaxed again in March of this year. I have been using motion's regular but my question is how do you know if you need to use mild or regular? It seems that when I use the regular relaxer it takes alot of moisture out and sheds more.

with what you said, i think your hair is telling you in needs the mild..IMO

. I agree with weaveitup. I would go with the mild relaxer. The regular relaxer sounds too strong for your hair. I can't use regular relaxers either. My grade of hair just can't take the abuse.

I have been going to Olive Benson in Boston for what seems like forever. The perm she uses is from her own line. I believe it's called Olives International Textures. Sometimes she uses Bantu. Thanks a lot for the compliment!
I get a new relaxer every 10-11 weeks.
