Message to a Wife: Arousing His Love Awareness

This is where I somehow 'belong', ministering to Wives (and to their husbands, through them).

I was sitting here at my desk and in my 'spirit' I heard the voice of a woman asking, "How can I get him to love me...?" It was the voice of a wife, who's having doubts about her marriage and the love of her husband.

Dearest Wife for whom I pray, the Lord says this....

'Fear not...., my daughter, fear not, for I have the key to his heart in my hands. Just settle your spirit, trust me and pray. Trust me...Love. Just Trust me, for I am here within both of you to stay."

I love it when God says, "Trust me..." For I know that He is working on something for sure. He's asking for your hand to hold through this and He's creating faith in you that's pure.

Dearest Wife...I know not who you are...but this message is to assure you that your cry has been heard and God has already begun a great and mighty work, within the heart of both you and your husband.

Something's going on inside of him, which only God knows. Even he, yes he, your husband is without a clue with what to do. But God knows and God cares, to make it better.

Dearest Wife...just love him....

When your husband comes unto you, don't be angry and don't reject him. Just love him...yes...just love him, and forgive what he has not done. For the arousal of his love has been awakened, all you need to be is 'ready', trust God to keep him steady, abiding as one with you.

Dearest Wife, I know not who you are, but I've been praying for you to make it through. While we don't understand the minds of our men, we do understand ours and we can choose to make our minds one.

Give him a chance...one more try. Both God and your husband. God is arousing your husband to be fully aware of you...in love.

All you have to do is trust and believe and Honor him...

To his heart God is speaking...

"Forsake her not, and she shall preserve thee: love her, and she shall keep thee." (Proverbs 4:;6)

Aren't those words beautiful? "Forsake her not...." God is speaking of 'wisdom' and 'wisdom' in love you are....

Father God, only you knows the way and the path wherein this wife should walk. Let it be most easy for her to pick up the pieces and continue to walk the walk of love. A path her husband is sure to follow.

Let her respect him...love him as her king. Allow him to treat her as Queen Esther, "to you my wife, I'd give you anything...even up to half of my kingdom."

Whoever you are, don't give up on him. He doesn't have a clue how deeply he has hurt you...yet he will. Just don't give up on him and prayer.

God is in control. You won't have to do a thing; for this man's heart God will bring -- into a softness that you never knew existed and neither has he. A softness which will remain eternally.

Don't give up. Just believe God and His mercies which rule forever. Amen.

What you have shared encourages me to continue seeking the Lord and to continue writing... For Marriage is such a precious gift. The beauty of a man and a woman has not and will never be surpassed, no matter what the 'world' tries to use for alternatives. There simply is no other alternative. God plainly says in His word...

"MARRIAGE is honourable in all." (Hebrews 13:4)

All the more reason for anyone who choses and sincerely wants to marry can and I believe they will. For it has always been God's original plan.

God says " For I am the LORD, I CHANGE NOT ..." (Malachi 3:6).

For those who disagree, I respect that. I have no recourse nor arguement. But for those who believe, it shall be so.

"Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things are POSSIBLE to him that believeth. (Mark 9:23)

"Jesus saith unto them, BELIEVE ye that I am able to do this?" (Matthew 9:28).

Thank you, Shimmie, for this thread. I pray for my parents' relationship, but I am often discouraged. Through many significant (and some ongoing) trials, God has kept my parents' marriage for 28 years. I pray that God continues to work on their hearts so that they can enjoy marriage and friendship to the fullest.

My heart is for marriages to be happy and fulfilled ones. That's my heartfelt prayer for each one of you. God loves you and He uses each of us here in so many ways to bless each other.

The marriage gift seems to be mine. I can't move away from it. It stays with me consistantly. So, to God be All the glory, not me. I'm only the vessel. Yet, I care so much and love each of you, therefore I yield.
