Menstrual Cycles And Vitamins

Hi Ladies,

I remember reading a thread about Menstrual Cycles and vitamins.

I Have searched but cannot find it!

The problem is my cycle has came far too early,
The last one only ended 15days ago now I'm on again!!

Has anyone else experienced this? Which vitamin is the culprit?

At the moment I'm taking MSM, Biotin, Iron, Vit C, Multi Vit.

I have been taking these since last year so not sure why my cycle's are changing now!

Any Help Is Appreciated

Probably the MSM...I had this problem too but after reducing MSM things went back to normal..My doctor said MSM had a blood thinning effect on some people

Yep, ITA that it is the MSM. Before,I guess I was taking to much and I skipped a cycle. I stopped using it and my cycles are regular again. I have since started back using it but only taking 1000mg a day. BTW if you do a search on MSM side effects you should find the thread about women discussing the side effects that they had while taking MSM. I hope this helps
