Other membership paid but only had limited access to thr forum

On 2/17/2011 the annual fee of 6.50 was deducted from my paypal account. but when i tried to log in today i was only allowed limited access to the forum such as a person without membership..

only after i paid 6.50 again was i allowed to access the entire board..
will you pls ceck this and fefund my 6.50
