I like this one too @Celestialx. Even though they changed the formula, I realize I still like it better than Ecostyler and a couple others I've tried. It helps that the price can't be beat as well.

I'd literally read about the formula change right after purchasing it and I was so mad at myself for not doing enough research LOL, but I figured it was cheap enough to test drive and I'm glad I ended up getting it anyway. It's definitely gonna replace the olive oil Ecostyler for me, it doesn't leave my hair nearly as flaky or dry.

But what exactly was the big change between the new and old versions? I'm always on the lookout for a gel that'll do it all (tames my frizzy ends without drying/flaking/crunching up, lays down my edges, keeps my hair soft, does my taxes lol) but I usually end up with something that either has "too much" hold or not enough. Also is there anything like the old version that you've found as an alternative?

The ingredient, carbomer was higher up and I believe it was mostly responsible for a more incredible shine. It held up better as a holding gel as well. But even so, I still can't find another gel as good as this one for my hair.

It's always soooo annoying when they go "fixing" what isn't broken. :crying3:

Doubly annoying when it's something affordable AND just fine the way it is. Aussie Moist was recently reformulated again and I'm trying to work around it and maybe stock up on old bottles, but it's so frustrating. I'm probably just gonna have to chuck it out of my regimen.

Anyway, thank you for the info and I hope you find something comparable soon! xx

There was also a change on the amount and type of aloe vera. It went from aloe vera extract near the top to aloe vera juice towards the end of the list.

Ugh, really?? That was a big draw for me - my hair loves aloe vera, so most products that have that pretty high up on the list work well for me, but the fact that they lessened and changed it (for financial reasons I'd imagine?) is even more irritating. -.-

That's good to know the new formula wetline is still good. I was eyeing it at the store but remembered the huge thread about the reformulation so I've always been hesitant to purchase and try it. Good to know it still works well.

I just bought 3 wigs from Ebonyline.com.

They are all named Zelena by Bobbi Boss in the colors P4/27/30, TT1B/RDHOT, and #1.

According to many people and my friends, I look really great in color these days so I'm finally trying wigs in many different colors.

So far, I've gotten major compliments of me in Blue, red, purple and blonde color wigs. I have not yet worn my green wig, so we shall see what the consensus is on that one. Stay tuned.

ETA: I like really really big hair so this wig is perfect for me. I will only be cutting the front to make a bang but the rest remains as it is. With regular wear, it will naturally get bigger so there is no need to manipulate it to get bigger too soon.

There are a few YT videos that made me purchase it and here they are:
