Those are the regular prices. The list price they have listed above the "sale" price is the price in which the manufacture suggest to price the product. the price they have listed is a discounted listed price. They are able to due this because usually those who buy from them, buy in bulk or wholesale (Salons, Beauty Schools, Etc.). They sales lady explain this to me when I purchased my first steamer from them in 2011.

I agree that 15 minutes is probably all the time you need, but it just feels so good.
