Hits:

Brown Butter Beauty - Sweet Milk leave-in conditioner, Herbal Rich Hair Butter and Babassu Butter love. Makes my natural hair so soft and moisturized to the touch. I'm just getting around to using the sample sizes I ordered during the Black Friday sales last year.

MISS:
cowashing then adding serum: this was horrible. i don't know where i read this, but i remembered that some people put a serum or oil over their conditioner after cowashing to avoid ssks. well i had serum so i tried it. DISGUSTING! i don't think the conditioner and serum got along AT ALL. it made the conditioner ball up into nasty little white beads. it kinda looked like flour and water being mixed. it was super gross. so i had to rinse it out. i will never do that again lol. maybe next time i'll just try oil. ♥

HIT: Lustrasilk Shea Butter Cholesterol Plus + Avocado oil
Last month I said it was mediocre.. I just needed to clarify last time. Its nice, its a keeper, and I'll repurchase. I will add glycine to it too (maybe).

EDIT: I have to add.... that Lustrasilk is actually really really good (after adding avocado oil). I'm so in love! :love2::kiss3:

Miss: Victoria secret So sexy Volume, not worth $12 will not repurchase.

Re-discovered hit: Elasta QP Mango butter. Completely forgot about this when I went back to relaxer. It makes a great sealant on my NG. Keeps the moisture in without retouch.

BIG HIT: KBB Hair Butter or Hair Cream...Not Sure which One I have, but I Lurve It!:lick:

In my Favorite KBB Scent CocoLime:lick::lick:

Hit: Hairveda Acai Berry Phyto Conditioner (will use a 2nd time just to be sure) but from now I love it.

Hits:
Hollywood Beauty Castor Oil & Olive Oil treatments.
Going back to my little portable bonnet hair dryer. Love that thing.

On the fence:
*Tea rinsing. I'm not sure what it's supposed to be doing. Did seem to make my hair a slightly darker color (good thing). Used regular black tea that I've been trying to use up.
*Staying away from red hair dye. I'm a recovering hair dye junkie, but the temptation is so strong!

Miss:
*My braid out technique. Haven't quite mastered it yet. Some of the hair is defined crinkles and some of it. . well, is not.
*Organic Root Stimulater Olive Oil foaming wrap mousse. I'm pretty sure it's drying my hair out. :perplexed
*People telling me they like my real hair more then they like my wigs. Now I feel all pressured to give up my protective style. Why won't they let my polyester hair be great?!?

Hits:
Joico moisture recovery treatment balm
Keracare hydrating detangling sulfate free shampoo

Miss:
Keracare dry itchy scalp moisturising conditioner

HITS

Croc Clips
Hemp Seed Oil

Not Sure Yet:

Skala G3 conditioner - I'll have to use this some more and see...

Hit: Hairveda Whipped Gelly

I used it on a braid out and it left the curls/crimps defined and soft

MISS:

Beyond The Zone Curling Cream. It leaves a lot of flakes in my hair. I might be using it too heavily so I will give it another try and see what happens but for now it is a definite miss.

Hits:
Hair One Olive Oil: I don't remember the last time I used regular shampoo.
Sabino Moisture block: whenever I use heat, my hair doesn't revert easily
Juice (CFCG): I have been using as a moisturizer for the last 2 weeks and my hair is sooooo soft.
Hicks Total Transformations Edges: keeps my NG on place

Continued Hits:
Silicon Mix
Hair Therapy Wrap
: using for deep conditioning twice a week and loving it!!1

Me Too!:nono: We just have to keep it moving cause we have an end-goal in sight.

My assitant keeps asking me: "so when are you going to start wearing your hair again:perplexed"

I plan to Wig-It the rest of 2011 (if I can take the weather):yep:

I want to wig for the winter, and try to wig for the rest of the summer. but I may just bun. not sure yet.

IK. I thought about "Bunning" but of course it would be a Phony-Bun. So, in order to keep my hair totally un-manipulated, I am opting for the wig.

With the Bun, I had to keep everything slicked/tied down. I had to Clarify more (because I was using gels, serums etc.... to keep Edges in place etc......

If I can make it through the 'heat' I will attempt to keep Wiggin' It.
