Married/Engaged Ladies...did you cook for your husband prior to marriage?

I cooked but I was cooking for a group of people. His first meal from me was gumbo.

When we got engaged is when I started cooking for him personally when I would visit him.

Yes, but not often. Before we moved in together I used to make him and his friends pecan and key lime pies, and big trays of vegan mac and cheese. Now that we live together, we split the cooking duties.

My husband and I had been dating off and on since high school. Now we are 26 & 27 years old. That being said, I wasn't always a good cook. I actually remember burning quite a few meals! Lol! I don't think that had anything to do with us getting married. I have never been one to cook everyday. I don't think it's fair to him to lie and do things before getting married that I have no intentions of doing later.
