Marcia-like Stylist Without Marcia Prices?

Do you ladies, particularly NYC, have a stylist that uses Marcia's(Ellin Lavar stylist) techniques:basing scalp before relaxer, small trims, listens to client, etc. but is not so expensive as Marcia? From what others have said I think her going rate for touch ups is $70.

Reniece said that she weaves when she comes to NY. She said that she does not have the proper equipment to do relaxers. Oh well, I'm still on my quest.
