Ladies, Ladies, Ladies!:hiya:

We are looking at Month 4 of 2017. I hope every one has their 2017 Regi on lock by now.

And we are starting a new Month. We're also into Spring.

So we need to change and adapt and tweak where necessary as we head into Summa':rose:

So, after saying all of this....What are YOUR Weekend Hair Plans?:sunshine:

Finished up last night

Exfoliate: Komaza Care Pona Hair and Scalp Treatment
Cleanse: Up North Naturals Clean Curls Cleanser
Condition: Soultanicals Strand Repair Cuticle Strengthening Recovery Mask
Post-wash: NG Ginger Peach Leave In Conditioner, SSI Cranberry Cream Hair Cocktail, MyHoneyChild Sophia's Hair Grease

Okay, I'm going to henna my hair tonight
Apply henna to unwashed hair and leave overnight
On Saturday -
1. Wash out henna
2. Deep condition with SheaMoisture Hydaration Masque under steamer
3. Condition with Hello Hydration
4. Apply True leave-in
5. Seal with castor oil
6. Use SheaMoisture Conditioning Curl Milk as styler then apply Sheabutter as sealant and
7. finish off with some bantu knots.

Cannot wait to see the result of the Henna. This is the first time I'm going to use henna without washing my hair first. I just figure if I can wash my hair with Bentonite clay well Henna should be no different.:afro:

Cowash: SSI Sugar Peach Conditioner :love2:
Protein DC: Not sure. Maybe Joico K-Pak.
Moisture DC: Not sure.
Leave In: APB Leave In Conditioner
Heat Protectant: Shea Moisture Smooth Finish Spray + Blow Dry Cream
Blowdry: FHI Blowdryer

Then figure out what to do with it.....:whyme:

Quick wash day because I'm going to busy this weekend plus I'm lazy.

While still in these cornrows:
-Shampoo: Heritage psoriasis shampoo 2x primarily focusing on my scalp.
-DC: APB molasses treatment for an hour under the shower cap.
Leave in/Moisturizer: APB moisturizing leave in, Claudie's Quinoa coffee hair cream and sealed with avocado oil.

Saturday night, I will use the relevant product in my signature to do a near-repeat of last wash day (which was one of the best wash days I've had). Last week I gave myself a protein treatment, so for the next 3 weeks I'll be doing a moisturizing DC instead. Styling I'm not sure about: It's DS's birthday party tomorrow, and so I think I'll just play it safe with an elongated wash and go. I really wanted to try a crimper curler set, though. Patience.

Steps: Exfoliate scalp, cleanse strands, deep condition, apply leave-in, apply gel, style.

ETA I co-washed the henna out with Faith in Nature Hempseed and Meadowfoam.

Here's what I used today:

- Jakeala apple cider vinegar shampoo
- Jakeala Flax Mallow conditioner
- Nature Clean Herbal Conditioner as my leave-in
- Jakeala flaxseed hair gel

I have my hair in twists. I'll do a twist out either Sunday night or Monday morning.

How do you like the Jakeala ACV poo and conditioner and gel?
I like it! The poo got my hair and scalp clean from some oils and butters that were in my hair. It works into a good lather.

The conditioner has a smooth creamy feel and it's good for detangling.

The gel has a good hold and it has good slip. After I applied the gel I easily ran my comb and brush through my hair before I twisted my hair.

Went to the beach today, my hair was a mess after but I was too lazy to do much.

Exfoliate: Added 2 capfuls of lactic acid to my Silk elements pre-cleanse
Pre-DC: CON argan intensive conditioner
Shampoo: ORS creamy aloe
Protein: NPF and aphogee 2 minute reconstructor
Leave-ins: avj, SM h&s, argan and jojoba oils, SM c&s conditioner
Stretch: curlfformers

I may end up sleeping in these. We'll see.
