I finally tried it after years of hearing about it on the board and I love it; It provided a lot of moisture and slip.

This stuff must truly be THE BUSINESS!!! To this day, I have never seen a bottle of AO HSR in person because it's always out of stock whenever I go to the store.

Well I have only used them twice so the jury is still out on the Aveda damage remedy conditioner and the dry remedy. The damage remedy felt more like a moisturizing condish than protein. my hair didnt feel stronger after the damage remedy. The dry remedy didnt seem to do anything. So Im on the fence with both of these.

I co-washed with this. And I don't even like cowashing but DAMN!!!!! My hair was BUTTA!!! Comb slid right through it, no hair in the comb, good smell. SLIP LIKE YOU CAN'T BELIEVE!!!! I need to stock up...where am I gonna find more..OMG...I am panicking cause I only bought one bottle.

Dang, why did I see this Now, I gotta go buy this...just a shame.

Yea, I just started using an applicator bottle from Sally's too instead of an old ketchup bottle. Put a little conditioner in there also (COW method) and shake it up until it's frothy .

These steps have kept my hair very soft. I kid you not after three week my hair is soft.

Unsure: Redken Iron Silk...sprayed it on two sections and it seemed to not have been as light a mist as I'd like...it didnt do any damage and it made my hair straight and shiny, but I'm not sure its a necessity or does anything special...we'll see when I use it on a full head of hair.

Suave Healthy Curls conditioner (got it free with my suave coupon). This stuff is so thick, it does a great job with moisture and frizz control. Plus its cheap!

Shikakai powder mixed with Aussie Moist as a cowash. This can completely replace my shampoo, and it leaves my hair so soft even if I only leave it on for a minute. Its really cheap too!!

Sour Cream. It really helped with frizz. My curls were lengthened a bit too. I expect better results after more applications. And its cheap!!!

How do you use the sour cream?
