Madamenoire now has an online talk show called "Listen to Black Women"

I watched the episode. It seems like a fun little show and all the ladies seem personable. It will be interesting to see what other topics are out there. To me this one was entertaining but also amusing for reasons that probably were not intended. To me the one theme that stood out is that they are addressing and mocking pick me culture but isn't that what pick me's are doing? Shaming other women for their behavior? I just thought that was ironic but still enjoyed the episode despite it.

I felt bored and confused while watching that. I couldn't finish. Maybe they should have featured someone who actually felt like her self-esteem was being affected. This was dry and a bit catty.
