Love my curly pudding..

...By Miss Jessie! I used in on soaking wet hair today after washing and conditioning it. I used a little leave in first and then used a generous amount of curly pudding. I wasnt expecting much because I have relaxed hair ( 8 weeks post touch up) and I have triend wash and goes before with only mediocre results. This stuff worked great on my 3c/4a gently relaxed hair. I have gorgeous curly ringlets like used to have before I started getting relaxers and my hair does not frizz AT ALL. Ill try to post pictures soon. This will be my new summer style. YAY!!!!

Its kinda expensive and I probably wouldnt have even purchased it unless my sister already had it. It is found on missjessies.com.

"Not recommended for straight hair"?!?!? Well I guess my hair isnt consisdered straight even though I have a relaxer because it defined every curl into a nice ringlet...with some coaxing and scrunching. has anyone else used this product in conjuction with a pomade or other shine rpoduct like the direction suggest?

I will not spend! :naughty: I will not, I WILL not! I put myself on a no product challenge this morning...my husband heard me, he started laughing..."YOU CAN'T do it!" :look:

So no curly pudding for me, but I'd like to see the photos!

That's awesome! I'm wildly jealous yet happy for you at the same time. I haven't tried the curly pudding but I may consider it since you even got your ends to curl. COAX is something I seriously have to so with my ends even when my roots curl nicely. I told my husband I wanted to chop off all my hair and start over and he just stared so I'm guessing that's not really an option. *sigh* Your summer style, you say? Man. I'm STILL trying to find one. *stupid look*

OMG, your curls are truly gorgeous! I use this product and didn't think it worked on straight or relaxed hair.

Thanks! I see you use alot of "curly" products! What the difference between Miss Jessie's buttercreme, pudding and meringue? Which is your favprite?

Beautiful curls. Are you fully relaxed? Or more texturized?

Your hair looks wonderful! I've been planning to buy the curly pudding as well as the meringue and butter creme. I'm glad to see that this line works on relaxed hair.

Thanks again! I was just trying it out to see what my hair would look like and it worked! I was fully prepared to wash it out if it looked like crap but it didnt. funny thing is that I keep getting compliments from people. White, black, old and young! I think I will be sporting this 'do more often!

I would say that I am gently relaxed. My hair is never BONE straight unless it is blowdried and/ or flat ironed that way. Ill have to ask my beautician what she would call it since she uses that really gentle Sentonics relaxer on my hair.

I like the Curly Pudding and Meringue equally because of the difference in my hair textures. Since my crown hair has a looser pattern than the rest of my hair, the Meringue really curls it up. The Pudding gives the curls on the sides and back the right amount of definition, while removing frizz. I'm not very impressed with the Buttercreme. I use it mostly for my hairline and sometimes before applying the other Curly products while my hair is still wet.

Hmmm. Thanks! I was wondering what the Meringue is actually for. So its to curl those hard to curl spots huh. Sounds pretty cool. Id like to get my hands on some more curly pudding or meringue but it is so expensive. do you have an ideas of where to get these items for cheaper?
TIA
