A few of the 4a's on naturallycurly were raving about this product, they were saying it defined their curls, and was a good moisturizer, softness, & tamed the frizz, sounds unbelievable, has anyone on this board tried this, I haven't been able to find it yet.

I've tried it. For me it works the same as any other gel, except it didn't dry hard. It didn't define my curls though. They looked the same. My hair was still soft once it dried. I've even applied a lot to my hair to see if it would dry hard and it didn't, so that's a plus. I've only used it on soaking wet hair.

You can get it at any grocery or drugstore. It's about $3.50 or so.

Curlycrly which one did you choose the maxium hold, or medium hold? The girls on the site didn't mention which one they used. Also I like your hair, girl what is your regime if you don't mind, my hair is shorter, but, has the same curls as yours. You have some pretty hair.

It says medium hold. I think that is the only type they have for this particular product. The stronger hold products are different products in the L'Oreal line.

This one is a 6 oz container and says "Studio Line" in grey writing in the front. It says "Styling Gel" and
"ANTI-FRIZZ", "Long-Lasting Shine, Alcohol Free, and Medium Hold" as well.

Thanks for the compliments on my hair.

My Regimen:

I do condition washes once or twice per week using White Rain or VO5.

I shampoo with Elucence Moisture Benefits shampoo once or twice per month, or as needed.

Clarify with ACV a couple of times per month, or as needed.

Deep condition once per month with Elucence Moisture Balancing Conditioner mixed with shea oil or Optimum Conditioner with Vitaplex - dry hair formula.

I either spritz with water/conditioner/glycerin or just plain tap water, then air dry.

I do hot oil treatments with essential oils approx. once per month or every other month.

Texturize with Revlon Realistic (Mild - lye) approx. every 3 months. I previously used Regular to further stretch my curls and show more length, but have now switched to mild.
