Looking for instructions/website

On how to do something with my hair. I cant remember what it was called...
But from what i remember it involved tipping ones head upside down and then wrapping it in a certain (or maybe not certain way) to encourage the curls...
thats all i remember...i saw a fotki and the lady used a t shirt.
since ive got lots of new growth i wanna try it...any ideas?
