I'm transitioning (about 2 months now) and picked up this shedding strand from my shirt. I think it's what 4A describes but am not sure. Once I'm sure, I'll start looking more closely at future products for this type.

Hope you can see the pic once you click on it... it's a camera phone:ohwell::

You still can't see it when you click on it? It should enlarge if you click on it. Hmph. I'll try something else. Sorry.

Looks just like mine and I refer to myself as 4a.

First, I'm glad that someone can see it and that I really didn't come off crazy :lachen:, second thanks. Now I'm going to start focusing on 4a types and their blogs and fotkis... including yours!

Thanks ladies for at least trying to see the pic. Sorry about the visual difficulty.

It looks 4a to me, but I think it is too soon to tell. My new growth looked just like that, but as soon as I cut the relaxed ends off my hair was mostly 4b. I would give it a few more months to get a better idea of what yout hair type is

Thanks Mz. P. I was told that when transitioning, your texture may change... let me correct that, your texture may appear to be different than what you think throughout the stages.
BTW, I just peeped your fotki. Your waves....
