Here is my hair washed with nothing on it. Would you agree that it's type 4a or is it something else. If you need more pics let me know.

Just came in to say your hair is pretty. I'm not good at hair typing. :look:

So pretty! I'd say 4A. Maybe some 3C too, but I'm not too sure.

I'd say its type: pretty!!!!

I agree 3c/4a

yep. definitely a 4a with some 3c sprinkled around here and there :)

well now I'm all confused. I would have said 3c. I'd think that 4a is more coily and your hair is more curly. Oh well - its pretty whatever it is!

cute curlies :) yep, i'm saying 4a, maybe some 4b mixed in there as well on the sides. I'm taking into consideration that the picture is very up close and personal, and is somewhat an enlargement.

Add pics with your whole head. I think it'll be easier to judge that way.

I agree your curls are really pretty. I am terrible at hair typing though- so I can't help you there.

people say that if your hair is wet; the texture is a bit different because of the water; you should take some dry pics too for a definitive answer

I will take some dry pics....should it be dry with no product?

^^^Yep. Dry with absolutely NO products is the way to tell your actual hair type.

WITH product, you can make your hair do just about anything, LOL!

:yep: yep she is so right! with the right combo of 3 products and a little heat... my 4a hair becomes 2a hair!
