Alright I've been digging and I heared this helps with growth I know someone said somthing about "Liquid Amino Fuel concentrate by Twinlabs" which I mite look into but any other ones people recommend and what are teh side effects?

The best source of aminos is always whole foods. Sufficient amounts of turkey, chicken, fish and lean red meat (not my choice), supplies enough protein and thus amino acids. If you are unable to get 4-6 servings per day, try protein powders (make shakes). Liquid Aminos are not a cost effective source of aminos.

I frequent fitness forums and the consensus is that liquid aminos are useless when there are much better sources available.

(Plus it is 1 less bottle for people to question you about.;) )

Hope that helps.

Twin labs liquid aminos are ok. You're better off just getting complete protiens from foods though. (they do add in some crystalline fructose to that stuff, which isn't exactly good for the waistline)

ITA. From what I've read and asked about, skim milk would be less caloric and would give you more effective protein. Also, beans are a good source if you're not into meat and/or not a fan of dairy.

My disclaimer is that I haven't actually tried liquid aminos so I can't say this from personal experience. HTH. :)

Wow. Thanks for starting the thread. I was going to get some liquid aminos but the answers here have curbed my pjism. That's once less thing I have to take during the day.
