How dreadful!! I'll have to pass on that technique. That was way to many passes over the already straightened sections and heck no to the hairspray. And the model just sat there grinning, like she knew her hair looked good

She did didn't she Oh lawd and her hair was sooo thin too. I just felt sooo bad watching the smoke from that flat iron.

I use Coconut oil before i flat iron, as do other members on here. I do agree her hair didn't look washed and it was damaged badly, but i love using coconut oil before i flat iron.

I do the same thing. I use coconut oil before rollersetting and then I flatiron and it comes out straighter than straight. I will use a heat protectant sometimes too.

It should be title how to end up bald. That was horrible. My hair is natural and I wouldn't go over it that many times. Her hair was straight b4 they even started.

I was just going to say this. coconut oil doesn't fry my hair it makes it extra shiny.
