LHCF Lingo...What did she say?!

Ok, so I'm a , and I have to say I find myself doing LHCF searches more than ever tryin to understand what some of these folks are tryin to say on these posts but I can never find what I'm looking for. :scratchch

LHCF seems to have it's own lingo so I think there needs to be a thread where folks can find the definitions. If there is one already PLEASE direct me to it but if not please tell me what these 2 mean?

SO- ?

I think they're referring to a spouse but what does it stand for?
