Has anyone tried making a potion with soymilk? Also are all these things available at the grocery store? I need to start looking for coconut milk because I'm crazy over that scent!:lick:

Dang OP, now you know us product junkies just got out of rehab

:auto: off to buy hair stuff to mix that I don't need.... :auto:

:BUMP:

Has anyone mixed olive oil into Cantu Define & Shine Custard with good results? I don't want to ruin mine. I love the scent and it creates a very strong hold - too strong. Leaves me crispy/rubbery at the same time. How do I soften it? When trying to scrunch in curls and waves, it keeps my hair straight.

Good thread. Have people stopped mixing things?

I mix henna, and my own clay mixes for washing/ conditioning my hair.

It's usually consists of; 2 or 3 scoops calcium bentonite, 2 or 3 scoops of rhassoul, 1tsp silk amino acids, either steeped hibiscus and marshmallow root or a half tsp of ACV, and water to fill a 16oz applicator bottle.

Sometimes I'll add milk (only to mix without the hibiscus tea) . I also mix up the occasional flaxseed gel for my friend.
