Is this an April Fools prank?

You know how scalp massage increase the flow of the blood to the scalp? Well I guess OP is asking if a handstand could do that. Which I guess it would. But why go through all that when you can just give yourself a nice scalp massage?

If you can't do a handstand you can hang upside down off your bed. HEADRUSH!

I'd have to do one leaning against a wall. I don't have that kind of balance/coordination like I used to

No it isn't. MN and scalp massages increase blood flow and promote circulation. Because handstands do the same thing I was wondering if one is more effective than the other. It was a legit question.

Has anyone compared the two?

I think since handstands take alot more work it's just not efficient.

No, scalp massages are more practical. Plus if you do a handstand too long and pass out, you'll hit your head and stunt your hair growth. :look: I kid, I kid.

Seriously, scalp massages would be more practical if extra blood stimulation is your aim. Plus, they feel great. HHJ!
