Lets do a 1 in 1 challange

I was in the other 1 in 1 challange thread and it sounded like fun so I thought I would start one for November.

rules:
eat a high protein diet
do cardio at least 3 days a wk
drink at least a gallon of water a day
no cutting hair during challange
protective styles only
No direct heat except on reveal day

Good Luck ladies! I would love to join but its not for me...I'm too lazy and I'm okay with the 1/2 inch I receive! :lol:
 
I feel you....
I'm lazy too but i'm determined to start taking care of myself. I've been slacking in more ways than one. I'm just ready to do more for my hair and body

So no one wants to join me?
