Hi Ladies!

Okay, my 5 year old developed a term she calls "super check"....and all on her own. "Super Check" is when you check for weaves/wigs.....fake hair. I was made aware on one occasion when visiting my sister, I saw her place a finger in her hair as she said "let me "super check" you".....she commenced to check for a weave (which my sister at the time was wearing a fall). Okay, fast forward to a family outing (we have a blended family)....okay her dad's fiancee was there and I saw them off in the distance as she was laughing and pointing and such. However, I did not know what was going on. Later my older daughter said "Mom, OMG! She "super checked" her (referencing fiancee)"! She went on to say that my little one "super checked" the fiancee and then yelled out to her sister LOUDLY, "see! I told you it was a wig!" She really was saying it innocently, but MAN was that funny!

:lachen::lachen::lachen:

Kids! Of course DH and I explained that it was inappropriate to put women on blast for this (especially since I myself wear falls on occasion).

Wow, I think your daughter coined a term. I may just have to use it. Next time I look at a woman with long, pretty hair I'm going to "super check" them with my eyes to see if it's real or not :lachen:. Kids say the darndest things.
