I'm hanging on by a string with my personal MN challenge because the ish is expensive. lol... Although I buy the Walmart brand, but it's still $5.00 for a 1.50 Oz tube. I'm thinking of switching to sublime sulfur. I wonder what would happen if I mixed some MN with my sulfur mix. I'm curious, but IDK if I wanna take that risk. However, I will be mixing some biotin powder with the mix.

bellebebe So do you think MN works better than sulfur? I know one member who mixes Mn with another sulfur mix. Let me go find the link.... Also, how long does a MN tube last you?

I made my BC on AUG 2011 and on 2012 i was obsessed with growth cause my hair was too short, i took pictures every month to see my growth. The best growth i noticed was when i was doing daily co-washes and following some type of CG method, no silicones, letting the conditioner on hair and firnger combing.

Now i'm using a mix with MN, sulfur and oils, (is Njoy's Sulfur mix + MN)since the begining of the month, I've been consistent and took a picture I hope to see some growth. I wanto to do the daily co-washes again, but i'm very lazy now that my hair is longer to do that every day >,<

1 tube lasts me about 1 week (I apply it everyday) because I squeeze the entire tube in my mixture. I do that because I want more MN in my squeeze bottle than oil. I keep finding myself needing to buy more and more. I've only been using it for a few weeks now, and I've had a bit of growth since then (I haven't applied it in the past few days because I ran out & I'm being cheap). I'm hoping that with this sulfur mix, I'll only need to use about 1 quarter of the tube (We'll see).. lol. BTW, Thanks for the link, doll. That was very helpful.

I'll need to up my co-washing with the sulfur challenge though because sulfur can be a bit drying, not only that, I'll need to keep my scalp extra clean.

With the MN, I really did not Co-Wash because I was applying everyday, and because of the oils, I was washing with a sulfate free shampoo and then deep conditioning under the dryer. IMO, co-washing was not going to clean my scalp as well as a shampoo would. I'm currently awaiting shipment of my products, so I'm taking a break from applying anything to my scalp. My hair is still in cornrows, but I desperately want to take them out & try some loose plaits or something. I want to do plaits because I don't want the sulfur to linger on my hair strands. The goal is to solely use it on my scalp.

I've been gone for awhile but decided to rejoin as I am on a mission to be extremely diligent about my hair growth and retention since I plan to donate my hair.
I have been following this method since May 25, and was hoping there would be some support/encouragement here!

Huh I forgot all about this thread, I did end up buying a Catherine Marion wig but i'm scared to wear it lol. I think I would like a full wig much better.
