I have them and believe that they give a beautiful curl. But for me, they didn't hold after 15 minutes.

Yes I bought them also. If you do use them, use a setting lotion that has a lot of hold otherwise your style won't last.

My hair is natural, what styling lotion should I use?

I'm still on a search for finding the best one, but I'm going to try Lotta Body next since I hear it gives good hold on natural and relaxed hair.

My avatar is from my first experiment with them. I have more photos in my LHCF photo album to show placement and whatnot. I LOVED the results. But...I cannot sleep in them. Which means I would have to mist my hair with setting lotion and then sit under the dryer. I HATE sitting under the dryer. So needless to say I have only used them twice.
And be careful putting them in. I guess I got a little sloppy and that hair puller/installer thingy ripped out a tuft of my hair.
