When it gets wider and fatter! hee hee!

I'm on a self-imposed bun challenge until the end of April when I go to NYC and then celebrate my wedding anniversary. I've got to tell you, this bun thing seems to be working. I wash every three days and spritz my hair with Ojon conditioner, EVOO, avocado oil and filtered water every morning and night, and boy, I'm seeing some good growth retention.

What do you like best about bunning? Do share!

Lately I've been bagging and bunning at least 2 or 3 days a week. The moisture and sleekness in my ends is just phenomenal. I want to do it more, but my hair has never been this healthy and roller sets are just too tempting...

I've been bunning since my wedding and it's definitely working for me. I take down my bun every night, moisturize, band my hair, go to bed wake up and put my hair together in a matter of three minutes. It takes so much stress of me in the morning.

I'm gonna bun my way to WL.

Wow, big ambitions! I'm hoping to get to full APL by the end of the year, and then after that, who knows?

I know it sounds a bit outrageous, but I realized a while back, that I don't care what my hair looks like while I'm at work. As long as it's neat, clean and professional that's fine. On the weekends and when I go out, I wear my fro.

I could wear this bun for the next ten years for all I care. I used to get so frustrated in the morning trying to style my hair to the point that I wanted to cut it all off again, but now I really enjoy my hair on the weekends, plus it has the added effect that it protects my hair.

hey OP, i feel your happyness about your bun!!! i also wash and DC every three days. my first siggy pic speaks for itself, "my bun is fricken huge" loving it!!

Adora, you are part of my inspiration! You're doing exactly what I do and you've achieved so much growth. I'm well on my way too!

I heart buns!!! They really helped me get through my transition and are just so easy and cute. I'm glad you're lovin your bun!!!

I like that it's quick and easy and looks good. I'm lazy when it comes to styling my hair so, this works out perfectly for me. I'm bunning til my birthday in June and then back to bunning again. I don't know if I can bun til WL but, I'm hoping to bun at least til full MBL.

I love that buns can look dressed up and can be made to look different by adding a side swoop in the front, a braid or twist or even just a simple cute flower.
3 mins in the morning and I'm ready!
