I had no idea the woman who created Kinky-Curly was a former member of LHCF!!!! She went by Valleygirl.


Her hair is beautiful!

I used to use the Curling Custard when I wore my hair wet. She has a great product.

natural hair is so amazing. interesting how 2 people can have the same curl pattern, but the variances in the softness of the strands affects how the hair hangs down or grows straight out. it's really fascinating

have never tried the product line. would very much like to try Knot Today though. I've seen lots of great reviews.

I'm comfortable with my own products, but I have to give credit where credit is due: girl knows her stuff! I'm impressed with her knowledge of the sulfate free shampoo. I think if she got with Ateeya, she'd sell more of her stuff. Ateeya will make you buy anything

Exactly! I bought a jar off a member and was sooooooooooo anxious to use it. Pssh it worked ALRIGHT with the "curly" parts of my head but the crown where its something else it laughed at it. And that stuff turned my hair white and I hardly used any while putting it on so now it's sitting on my shelf looking pretty lol I'm sure it works awesome for people with hair like hers but for me and others with the 4 type ehhhhh.​

After reading the product descriptions and what they're suppose to do, I knew they wouldn't work for me, so I didn't even try.

The Knot Today detangler is fantastic on my hair though! I'm almost out and I need to pick up some more

I like the Knot Today (I've mis placed it tho).

I rarely buy products marketed for "curling", but the Knot Today alone is a good detangler/leave in.

LHCF is churning out quite a few successful entrepreneurs, Candy C and Macherieamour being two more. Candy C's product line is doing very well (called Cherie hair products, or something like that) and as we all know macherie seems to be doing very well with her social networking site healthy textures.
