Her friend/client's hair is so lush-excellent marketing. Kimmay really is sharp as a nail.

Quick, fast and in a hurry! Yes I would because she knowns the science of hair and I respect that.

EllePixie - just curious why won't you buy stuff from small companies?

I've seen too many people get hype over a new company, then people deal with issues like product separation, mold due to the products not being preserved properly, they find out it's a base and the company is charging out the butt, long shipping times, etc etc...I'd rather wait and see how the company does over some time after the reviews have come in, and I see how they deal with customer complaints. The only exception I make is if the ingredients look REALLY good and I contact the owner to ensure they are using the proper preservatives. Someone got a rhassoul clay mask on NC and it wasn't preserved right and they opened it, and the product exploded all over their bathroom wall. Naw son, I have my HGs. I can wait.

if the price is right... i.e. not over $10

I might try it, maybe. I need to see an ingredients list, good pricing and shipping, and a few pro/con reviews before I shell out some cash though.

I might depending on the cost because her leave-in is the business for me. I have never had it so good this far into a stretch!

If her product is not expensive, I will try it. Otherwise, no.

I've tried all the other new product lines that people come out with so why not Kimmay? Especially her leave-in. I know we already have a recipe but I will buy to see how it works and hopefully it won't go bad like the homemade one does.

Probably not. She already gave me the leave-in recipe for free :look:

Jk.... but still probably not. I'll see what the reviews & prices are like. I'm tired of all of these over-hyped & over-priced hair products.

Nope
I won't buy something that was mixed up in someone's kitchen by an internet "guru".
I can do that myself for a lot less money.

Then jury is out...if she offers quality, natural products that delivers and her prices are on point...why not? If she offers sample sizes, I'll try before I buy any full sizes. If not then I'm gonna hold back until the reviews are in.

I'd be willing to try it if free samples are offered. That is the only reason I'm trying Ojon Damage Reverse (free full size bottles from Sephora).

Kimmay's leave-in works for me and a few friends and that alone would tempt me to try her products.

Flat out Yes. I like her you tube channel and like her opinion about caring for natural hair. I'm using her leave-in and like it so far. I'm experimenting with everything! I'm a PJ!

Yes siree, I plan on trying her products. I'm still searching for products that my 4b hair just can't do without.

sally's sent me some iiiish from Loreal "natures therapy, fortifying deep strength treatment"
I used those samples on naked washed hair.... then added some ren pure conditioner with coconut oil.... my hair was some dauuuum silky madness!!!

it held moisture and a silky feel like nothing i own... so needless to say I left it in for 4 days:look::look: .... #winning:lachen:

I plan on trying/buying! I think my hair prefers Taliah Waajid, but I'm a supporter of black owned businesses. As long as it's not $20 for 8 oz

Wait...so what is it and exactly how did you use it? :)

Yes! Especially if it gets enough rave reviews from true 4b naturals and she offers sample sizes.

I might, it depends on if its any different than what is already out there. Also the price point will help my decision.

I might if the prices are reasonable and the ingred. are good.

Exactly. Her and that chic in the video textures are MUCH looser than mine

Can someone post the ingredients of her leave in and how you use it.

Kimmaytube Leave In Conditioner Recipe - Step by Step

http://youtu.be/qXi2k4cFFhI

1 oz Knot Today Leave-In (or 2 tablespoons of YOUR preferred leave-in)
2 tablespoons of (Whole leaf version) Aloe Vera Juice with a pH 4.0 or 4.5
2 teaspoons of Castor Oil (optional. I sometimes do without it)
2 teaspoons of Jojoba Oil
Mix well.

Yes I'll probably buy it. I'd rather give it to her than some Asian chick that's worried imma steal something in the store.

Absolutely. I support small black owned businesses and she really knows her stuff. I will need to see some reviews from some 4a/b's though (just as with anything) because both Kimmay and her friend have much much much looser textures then mine.
