Keratin Treatments or other curl loosening products

I'm transitioning to natural but need to find better products to help with my tangles. Has anyone tried Keratin Treatments? Do you have any suggestions on products that will loosen up tight curls (i.e. a good deep conditioner or something)? I've been off creamy crack since August 2009 and with the summer months coming up...well, you know.

Henna has also been said to loosen curl a bit.
