I won't be of much help here, but I did try the ORS olive oil shampoo, b/c it was the cheapest chelating poo I could find of the other 2 mentioned. It's ok. I don't poo often and I have hard water. 1st time I used it, I used as the bottle said, let it sit, and rinsed. My hair was so dry and hard. It just couldn't handle it. The 2nd time I tried it, I diluted about 1 quarter size with 16oz distilled water, and just poured it on, let it sit, and squeezed it though, massaging the scalp as I went. This went really well. My hair was clean, not stripped and very soft like normal after.

This is why I tried it the first time too.

has anyone here tried both Kenra's clarifying shampoo & Redken's cleansing cream? If so, which do you prefer?
