Just a couple of questions

Please forgive me if these questions have been asked before. I did a search and scan through a number of threads before starting this one but couldn't find the info I'm looking for. I just wanted to know:

1. Is it possible to wear a scarf too long?? If I know I'm not going anywhere that day, I won't take my scarf off from that night and keep it on all day. Is that damaging in anyway??

2. I'm trying to do a stretch before my next touch up. What product is most recommended for the new growth?? I know there was a thread on this before but I couldn't find it. I need help, my edges look like

Thanks

If it's a silk or satin scarf you should be fine. Make sure it's not tied too tight or it'll mess with your edges.

I couldn't name one product, but be sure to keep your hair moisturized. Cut down on manipulation too. Work slowly as you work whatever moisturizer you use through your hair.

I agree with the last post.

About your stretching and edges, I think a lot of the ladies like Beyond The Zone Stiff Head for smoothing their hair between relaxers.

Because of my beliefs I wear a scarf all day but I do take it off when I get home. My scarves are a light cotton- not heavy at all. However, it is not like the bandana type scarf that sucks out oils from hair. The weaving of the scarves are different.

BUT at night I sleep in a satin scarf to protect the hair. I simply make sure my hair is moisturized before I retire at night.

I have no problems.;)

I'm gonna definetly have to try the mango butter on my edges also because they are very short compared to the rest of my hair. All my edges on my right side disappeared after my neighbor gave me a t-up a few months back. I don't know who cried more me or my husband.

This may sound strange but which material feels more comfortable to you the light cotton or the satin?
