Tonight Im going to cowash my protective style with Trader Joes Nourish spa conditioner, detangle with it as well and twist it up to dry for church tomorrow.

Moisturized and sealed tonight. Used my APB iced carrot cake creme and jojoba oil.

My hair was acting weird after Chelating last week. My hair was shiny and frizzy? Wth?!
Then I read somewhere (of course this was after I had already done it) that you should clarify shampoo THEN follow with a Chelating shampoo.
So I clarified yesterday and then followed with a regular more gentle shampoo to clean my hair and start over. Then I deep conditioned with Hairveda Strinillah for an hour.
Hair is perfect now. Soft. Shiny. No frizz. No build up.
