I haven't heard anything bad about the company (that I can remember). I've only ordered once from them online but didn't have a bad experience. I want to try their Twist and Define Creme at some point but I'm in like with the Green Tea Leave In Conditioner.

The Honey Mask got great reviews. I also looked at the Conditioner. I think @Nightingale uses quite a bit from this Line. I liked the fact that the Conditioner was 12oz. A lot of the 'stuff' was 12, 14oz's so that's a huge positive.
